Roomshare / Short Term (must be neat and considerate) in Bishan Street 22, Northeast Singapore for sale

We just moved to a new place and I took one common room:
Flat: - 3 room (originally 2 room) - shared with 3 Filipinos and 1 Malaysian chinese (gf of my friend). - internet is Fibre, with Cable TV - Can cook.
Room: - half of the spacious living room converted to bedroom - with Ikea Tromso bunk bed twin/full (max 3 pax). - using portable aircon (55 decibel) - with ceiling fan - table and cabinet inside
You: - open-minded male - easy to get along with Filipinos - prefer student or young professional - must be clean and have the initiative - no issues with visitors & strangers (some couchsurfing visitors)
Me (roommate): - open minded adult (33 yrs old) - helpful to others (may it be in couchsurfing org or a friend who need help) - single (again) - i drink on occasion but don't smoke - clean and not too lazy :P - i love music, adventure sports and travelling
Rent PUB not included :D (we're still waiting for our first month bill)
